ATH AD700 Headphones:

The Audio-Technica ATH-AD700 open-air headphones are an extremely well designed headphone, with a light weight honeycomb aluminum casing and a magnesium frame structure. These headphones are easy to wear. They're designed to produce no sense of pressure on your ears while wearing them. This produces a completely natural listening experience.

The sound produced by the ATH AD700 headphone is extremely smooth, relaxed, and well balanced. They provide a deep powerful bass without the bass being over whelming.

They are an old school headphone with a self-adjusting wing support which automatically adjusts to the listeners head.

These open air dynamic headphones are designed to be worn for hours without discomfort. However, I found that after wearing them for a few hours my ears would begin to sweat. I didn't find this to be a huge problem. Depending on how long I wore them, I would periodically lift both ear cups up to let my ears breath and then I was good to go.

What current owners say !!!!

Beth H.

The sound left me speechless after my first use of these cans. The highs are bright and maybe even shiny and bring out the "WOW" effect in any song using high hats or cymbals or anything else in the frequency range. The mids can only be described as warm and clear. The lows are surprising for open-air phones. The bass could be described as tight and clean. The bass isn't overpowering which honestly in an audiophile headphone is a very good thing. Overall, the thing I noticed most was how much clarity these phone give to your music or games. I've never realized how distorted my sound was before I tried these. I can't even listen to my other headphones now.
